General Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with me you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Treasured Memories will endeavour to ensure that you receive a high quality product and customer service. Should your experience of the site or the products not be to your satisfaction then I urge you to make contact with me as soon as possible. I aim to answer all questions or resolve issues that you wish to bring to my attention.

Images and materials portrayed on this site and promotional material are the sole property of Treasured Memories.

Coloured images are intended as best representations of actual articles, as will all digital images, colour will vary depending on your monitor and lighting conditions during photography. I aim to show as true a representation of the object as can be expected in these circumstances.

Articles and items that are used to create the Treasured Memories frame are attached as securely as can be reasonably expected given the weight and size of the item. The Treasured Memories frames and contents are unable to withstand excessive or vigorous movement that might damage, release or affect the overall appearance of the finished frame.

Treasured Memories cannot be held responsible for the fragility of items you send or inadequately package. Please ensure that the completed frame is hung away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Due to the nature of the natural materials used there is a likelihood of blemishes and imperfections in the finished product created. Preserved flowers are subject to discolouration, shrinkage and are fragile once prepared.

Delivery of the frame will be undertaken by the nominated secure courier by prior arrangement. Couriers are only able to state a day on which delivery can be made and are unable to specify AM or PM slots.

I aim to process your order within 25 working days. For urgent orders I recommend direct contact with me to ensure the best service. Secure couriers and packaging indicating the fragile contents will be used during transit to the customer. Any shipments to Treasured Memories are the responsibility of the customer until arrival with us.

It is the responsibility of the customer to physically check the contents of their order before signing for goods on delivery. Once goods are signed for, we are unable to claim for damage during transit. As a result we cannot replace or credit you in these circumstances.

Payment

Payment is required prior to product delivery. Payment can be made via Pay Pal, or by cheque. Where a cheque is the payment form, the goods will be dispatched once the funds have been cleared. 50% of the total payment is payable at the time of order, the remaining is payable once the customer has seen and agreed the layout image sent by email.

Timescales

Once your items have been received I aim to complete the frame box within 25 days. This may not be possible in particularly busy periods. You will be notified of any potential delay.

Back Orders

If the items you have ordered are unavailable, orders will usually be dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days of goods becoming available. If the delay is likely to be more that a few days I will contact you to let you know.

Refunds and Pricing

All prices are correct at time of publishing but are subject to change and availability. I reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification. Title of goods supplied does not pass until the goods have been paid for in full.

Privacy Policy

I do not disclose buyer's information to third parties. I do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations or individuals. I do not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this website, other than where you voluntarily choose to give me your personal details via email.

Please note that where the website contains links to other websites, I am not responsible for the privacy policies of other websites and this statement applies solely to any personal information collected by our website.

Governing Law and Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute between us. These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remains unaffected.
